What makes a good photo to upload?

One subject, roughly facing the camera, with their eyes visible. Daylight helps. It does not need to be sharp: most of what we work from is a phone photo of a dog on a sofa. No photo at all? Describe it instead and our AI draws it.

Can I just describe it?

Yes. Pick “Describe image (AI)” and write what you want, like “my black cat Luna in a red beret”. Press Create design and you see it on your scarf in about a minute.

When do I pay?

At checkout. Designing is free, you can run it as many times as you like, and there is no account to make first. Because every piece is made for you, it is not returnable, which is why you see it before you buy.

Will the beanie match my scarf?

Yes. Both come in the same seven colours, so the same design on both makes a proper set.

How long until it arrives?

Every piece is made to order and arrives in 18–25 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
